How do I get inside my machine?

My Beko wm5100w has a bra wire stuck inside/under the drum & it makes an awful noise on high spin. How do I get inside to remove it?

Thank you very much, I'll give it a go.

unplug from the mains and pull it out.remove the back panel.element at bottom of tub (6 o clock) in front of you as you look in.take photo of wiring to element then disconnect it all.undo 10mm nut in centre don't remove totally then push nut in to drum.get large screwdriver and carefully pries the element out.torch inside drum then look through hole where element came out and hopefully you will see bra wire.fit parts in reverse

Thank you but how do I get inside the machine? & do you know where the element is? or what it looks like?

Leila, December 2013
take the element out and retrieve bra wire.be careful if using it as I have had bra wires punch holes in plastic tub causing leaks and very expensive repairs
