How can I Fix Hotpoint Future fridge light?

my hotpoint future fridge freezer light in fridge doesnt come on & I've replaced the bulb but still doesnt work. there is a constant ticking sound coming from the top of fridge,Ive also tested the light rose for power but none showing .How can I fix this
