whispertone 5.1 kenmore vacuum?
if i lift the wand off the ground, the brushes spin, if i put it back down on carpet, they stop. I have tried reset, nothing. i took it all apart, checked belt, still good. cleaned off the ends of roller, didn't help, any suggestions?
