Masport Rotary hoe - identify the engine ?

I have an old masport rotary hoe where the head gasket has blown. I need to identify the engine to order a new gasket. The only identification I can find is stamped on the starter cover (pull start) and is 60312 0217 01 6601053.

Any help much appreciated.
