Fan oven in range cooker doesn't work even though the fan is working?

The fan oven in our Leisure CMCF96K range cooker (right hand side tall oven) does not heat up although the fan is operating normally. This oven is not controlled by a clock/timer and the other ovens (grill/top oven & main oven) work OK.
