2006 master rear brakes, changed calipers, now have poor hand brakeing?

Hi, i have recently fitted new calipers and pads on my rear brakes, 2006 2.5 Master van and bleed the system. The hand brake is now next to useless, it wont hold the wheels. Have rotated caliper pistons to adjust new pads to discs but still very poor hand brakeing.
Any help welcomed. I have tried the internet but can't find the solution to my problem.

Thank you very much. Have done that, now brakes work.
There was no information with the new calipers to give that instruction info.
I will know in future what to do when fitting new calipers with integrated hand brake.
Have now found on the internet with "eric the car guy" although he gave it as an after thought at the end. His sites are very good, i have looked at a lot.
Still learning on this new stuff. ( 62 years old)
Thank again Graham F......

These brakes are self adjusting. You need to make sure the handbrake cable is slack to allow the caliper levers to sit on the stops. Then screw the pistons all the way in. put it all back together then pump the pedal to push the pistons out. Then adjust the cable to remove any slack. Do not use the handbrake until the pedal has been pumped.
