Trouble-shooting in the user manual says if programme inactive, possible cause full water reservoir, remedy empty water reservoir.
Cannot find the water reservoir
Is there a water reservoir in this model? This is NOT a condensing dryer

no reservoir on vented dryer.Is this a sensor dryer?.if so could be issue with sensor circuit.motor or capacitor.outside chance of pcb issue.try plugging it in to a different socket 1st though and not on an extension lead
