Dimplex club heater fan not working?

As per title my Dimplex club heater is not working the flame effect works fine just no heat ?? any thoughts as to what it could be? and how do I fix?

Unplug it.Turn it upside down remove 4 screws holding fan unit and lift carefully taking care not to strain cables,check fan rotates,on the heater element there are 2 cut outs press the buttons in the centre if one has tripped it will click when pressed
