I have a Ravenheat Combi boiler(2003) radiators are not working?

I have a Ravenheat Combi boiler(2003) the radiators are not working. I have changed both thermisters and the tap water heats up fine.
I have bled the radiators and the pressure stays constant at 1.5
Any idea's what it could be?
