i have a black beko washing machine it is 10 months old ?

it is working ok washing spinning ex but the digital lights on the front are flashing constantly they wont switch off or anything i rang the engineers they said turn machine of leave for 2 hours then do a 90 degree wash and that should reset it but it never

check the drain pump and filter then press and hold the start button for 5 seconds and see if it resets.If not call servicing as it is under warranty still
