renault espace rear suspension light?

Hi all I have a Renault espace year 2000 the rear suspension keeps going down when I am driving I need to stop and wait for it to pump up again. It seems to happen if I go over bumps. Any help from someone who has had the same problem would be much appreciated thanks in advance
