Hotpoint fridge - leaking water and not working?

I have an older model Hotpoint fridge. I don't know the model or the exact age (the fridge came with the house). It is 60" tall, 30" wide with the freezer on top and it's frost-free. In any event, it has been leaking rusty colored water into the bottom of the fridge for some time, and as of a couple of days ago, both the fridge and freezer stopped working. The freezer is still cold, but only about fridge temperature, and the fridge is just slightly colder than room temperature. I am sort of assuming that it's time to say goodbye to old Hotpoint, but thought I would check here just in case. Thanks!
