My Simpson Esprit 45S651D front loader is not spinning or completely draining although the bowl is not full and I can open the door. When I attempt a spin cycle the motor atttempts to drain but doesn't…the sound is very quiet.

I'm not technical or mechanically minded but my guess it is something simple. I do have the top off but don't know how to undo the side studs. Can anyone offer advice? Is it worth trying to fix?
