How do I access the electrics on my creda tumble dryer model tcr2 pls?

The machine trips the CCT breaker on switching on.Therefore I need to get to the inside of the casing. The top is undone but cannot release it from the front of the dryer.

Nothing much in the top to trip the elecs, problem most likely the heater in the back of machine.
