Further investigation of failed Bosch cooker hood?

Hi CK, ~I have checked the 13a fuse in at the plug in the cupboard mains socket. This is fine and the microswitch that trips when the hood is opened and closed is fine, showing correct making/breaking as it operates. The power from the mains enters the hood at the rear into a white box, from which spades at the front take the power to the lamps and the rocker switch. The live/neutral terminals coming out of the side of this box do not show any voltage. Is it possible this white box (distribution box?) is faulty and how do I get a new one. It would be good if I could email a photograph I have of the inside of the hood - can I have your email?
Thanks, Dave Haynes

1st thing is it should of only had a 3a fuse in.This is where the problems start as the tracking on the pcb becomes the fuse as it can't take 13a so you need to check pcb tracking with the view it has fused
