what can be the exact problem on my daf 75 cf truck?

truck start and drive for a while ,then all of a sudden the transmission warning comes on and the stop warning comes on,then the gear grates and doesn't change over.what could be the problem?

sounds like air or electric prob, but you are are eyes and ears, so more info , or take it to someone that has these bits of kit
