how can I fix my beko dvc665?

I can't get my fan oven to work and someone told me you had to use the timer to get the oven on but the buttons don't do anything at all they don't even feel like they are touching anything behind it, plz help I have no oven to cook :(

you have to set a time on the clock for the oven to come on.If the clock flashes the cooker will not work.need to fix timer/buttons or bypass timer electrically
