brush won't turn; tried the 5x trick but didn't work; last time I tried there was an noise. could this be the belt?

5 x trick ??????????its not rocket science turn machine over switch it on is the brush roll turning ??if not belt is snapped,do yourself a favour,dump this bit of trash,buy a decent vacuum
