Hi, Hope someone can help!
My Hotpoint Ultima WDD960 wasking machine keeps coming up with error code F:02.... Ill put it ona wash cycle which will start, you can hear water filling the powder section, the drum fills with water and then nothing- it will continue counting down. Beofr it ends the F:02 flases onscreen and I have to disconnect from mains to open door again?

This sounds like a main module fault. You need to change the main module in the back of the machine. We stock it at £59.88 + £6 postage (exchange). This is ready programmed for your model number.
