If water comes out of soap box on fill there is a blockage in the hose from the soap box to the drum,or there is a blockage in the vent pipe from the drum. Cheers

If the water comes out on spin the filter/ pump/sink connection probably has partial blockage, giving it a slow drain out and spinning with still some water in the drum.Cheers
