how to fix it?

My dimplex x1b turns on and then cuts out after a short while. The room is not on temperature. It appears to turn on, heat up, and then cuts out.

When you say cuts out do you mean all of it or just the heater? if just the heater, is the stat up to full if yes there is a cut out built into the element that could be operating. Do the fan blades require cleaning?
