kenmore dishwasher clean light just flashes and won't do any thing else other than cancel drain

you can try pushing heat dry-normal-heat dry normal and run it through its tests and reset. if it still gets the error you need to check your heater, door switched and/or thermostat. the flashing light is a heating error. last option if those check out is to replace the control board in the door
