Why does my 2012 nissan note nteq plus surge on slowing the vehicle,its very annoying,it also is a little thursty

Thankyou for your answer,i went to nissan worthing,and the manager dismissed the fault with the car,it says there is 300 miles to a tank of fuel,but infact it is doing less than 200.im not heavey footed,i drive 190 miles a week,which it used a tank of fuel,
