No Power to machine Beko wm5101?

There is no power whatsoever, no lights coming on, nothing. changed the fuse in the plug and still nothing, is there anything else I can check myself before I send for a repair person??

plug something in to the wall socket and make sure it has power.if that is OK it is something inside the washer that is faulty
