how can i fix my Hitachi washing machine twin tub?

i have a Hitachi ps-350p and would like to know why wont the spin dryer part pump the water back into the tub, the water is staying in the spin dryer want to know why or what part do i have to look at, would greatly appreciate you help please thank you julie
