hiya, just wondering how much to repair and couple of small tears in fabric near the apex of the roof. it is about 2 inches along the seam ripped when packed away too quickly and a tear along the top of the window. looking to buy it but seller has damaged it while checking it so need to know if still worth buying

You haven't told the age or selling price of the unit.
Take digital pics show at caravan garage/service centre. Be prepared to accept sellers 'First buyer takes it as is it will be sold'. That's fair as you may not go back. I had it with two caravans now won't wait for prospective buyers saying 'I'll be back' first to come with money its theirs .
