Car wont start?

I have put a new battrey,on my 2002,renault megane authentique.Its turning over,but wont start up,also my interior lights have packed in,is there some kind of trip switch i may have knocked,thankyou.

You could check the fuse for the lights,it being a Renault it could be anything electrical regarding your non starting,maybe immobiliser fault,my advice is next time you buy a motor,do your research regarding Renault faults,there are thousands on here.
