My hotpoint iced diamond RF61A is not working only the green light is on and both the fridge and freezer are warmer and not cooling. A day before the door was left open so the freezer got defrosted and the next day when the door was closed it started to work again but the red light flashed for a day and then both suddenly stopped. Can you please help?
