alarm, key fob?

Turn key in door manually to unlock van then open door and alarm goes off but key fob will not turn it off, how do I even get in my van

get the keyfob to work.Have you fitted new batteries and reprogrammed it to the vehicle as per any instructions given in manufacturers user manuals?
