ford fiesta 62 plate cig lighter fuse replacement?

CIG lighter not working opened fuse box no fuse in location tryed one of same amp as manual said still not working

if the cig worked but then stopped it would of had to of had a fuse in so therefore you are looking at the wrong place if no fuse fitted!!
