whats my clutch problem ?

sometimes i cant get a gear (FORD MONDEO 1.6 ZETEC) THE CLUTCH WAS REPLACED 60,OOO miles ago but i did not replace the thrust bearing!(it was not in the kit!) is it the clutch or the thrust bearing or the gearbox????????? PLEASE HELP! ! !

lts hydraulic release bearing.it either need bleeding or the bearing is knackered
