how to remove middle section and replace new part and what will I need thanks

Your biggest problem will be getting the old one off which is where a welding plant comes in handy for freeing off seized nuts/joints etc but if you have a grinder with a cutting disc,use it to cut through the clamps and joints etc,replace with new and have jointing compound handy,good luck
