Changed both cartridges in my hp printer/scanner now only yellow will print.

if you put new cartriges in and only one color is printing, that means it is set to print like that. You need to go into properties, right click, then go to printing preferences. look for color management or change to even black and white print only and see what happens. If doesnt work reset the defaults on printer in the same area.
