Yes your car can be repaired for those items you said,quite routine items required but you will have to determine yourself if the car is worth the expense,a 12 yr old Focus isn't worth very much,it may be worth shopping around for the best quote to do the work, nowadays a single item like a turbo/fuel pump etc can write a motor off.
