i work as a billing clerk and we've have always used just one drawer and now it's malfunctioning. i am needing to use the second drawer and i have no idea how to open it and how to begin using just this second drawer. your help is greatly appreciated.

Some registers and POS can use two drawers but they almost always need to be programmed for the second drawer. To be honest, it will probably be cheaper to get your drawer fixed. Many drawer faults are simple and inexpensive to repair. Even a new drawer is not too bad. Prices of drawers have dropped. Get a technician to check it first
