Motors can be difficult to get going again when out of fuel,I would change the fuel filter and manually fill it with clean diesel,I am not sure whether you have the Peugeot engine or Ford motor but would charge battery for good cranking speed,open up injectors till fuel is present,that can take a while,close them off and give it a go,good luck
