danfoss setting boiler times/temperature?

Have set 4 programs start/finish for morning and evening at 21 degrees - however the boiler comes on in between these times. How do I make sure it doesn't come on at other times of the day?

make sure the OFF temperature is LOWER than the AVERAGE ROOM TEMPERATURE

for example
with heating OFF
average room temperature approximately 15 C
therefore you would need to set OFF TEMPERATURE at least 2 C lower than 15 C
