Changing to gears 3 and 4 has shifted position a little to the left, resulting in having to push close to 1st and 2nd gear, sometimes resulting in a wrong gear change.

Is this an easy fix I could just buy a manual and do (tighten/realign bushings or something), or is there potentially a broken part in need of replacing.
