the night before place new bearing in freezer. following day remove hub. knock out bearing taking care not to damage hub. clean hub with degreaser and wire brush. place hub in oven for half an hour at 180. take bearing out of freezer and hub from oven and drop bearing into hub and cool it down using cold compressed air or fine water spray. refit hub. or use a bearing press.
