problems changing vat rate on sharp 3110?

on the instructions for changing the vat rate it states switch to programming. there are 2 programming points. which do I use.
also it states press"/for" button, this button is not marked. any hints on which/where it would be.

PGM1 mode. The /FOR button is the multiplication button next to the decimal point. If you have the european version, it is often labelled 'X' (sometimes with a circle around it).
