Hi. I gave a vauxhall corsa. I have always used the fob to open the door. I gave just gone to open the door with the key and it won't go all the way I'm the lock. It fits the ignition fine. I've tried wd40 bit it's not working.

The fob works fine it's just the key. I only have the one key.

My guess is it is not operating due to lack of use and lack of lubrication,you don't say why the fob won't work,it may be the case it needs a new battery or the fob itself us at fault,you could try persevering with more wd40,leave it soaking overnight and try again tomorrow,also if the key is worn try the spare,good luck.
