Possible faults for E1 on Baumatic BAD6002?

My Baumatic dishwasher BAD6002 keeps coming up with an E1 fault code. Manula syas this means "longer inlet time" which I guess means its taking too long to fill. I have cleaned all filters and strainers and confirmed water supply ok, inlet solenoid working. Water enters the machine but after a few minutes of filling and draining it faults on E1. Any suggestions. Is there a sensor that detects the water level?
