mistral dryer not heating up?

Mistral tumble dryer. Model MTD3. Not heating to full hot, only slight bit of heat. Also green belt from back of motor pulley to center of drum at back broken. 3.5kg.

Dryer only heats at circular door frame rubber. Then switches off.

the belt runs the fan and moves the heated air through the drum fix the belt will fix the problem
