My Fischer paykel drains but has water/bleach slosh still in bottom?

Problem is clothes are getting hit with chlorine bleach that should have cleared in the rinse cycle of previous wash, but apparently doesn't
This has been going on for months - I run the "clean the tub" as advised, and everything appears to drain, but if I push the tub a bit I hear the slosh, and clothes keep coming out with bleach spots when no bleach has been added for months - is is about a 2008 vintage aqua smart

The inner steel drum has a plastic top ring which has water in it to help keep the drum balanced when spinning. That water is sealed in when the tub is made and never comes out. That will be the sloshing sound you hear. After draining there will also be about 2 litres of water left under the steel drum. That is normal. There is no way to make it drain every drop. There is also no way that bleach could still be in the bowl after months of washing. The bleach spots must be getting on the clothes somewhere else or they are old spots.
