Has anyone worked out how to get the grey and white hard plastic filters apart on this model, or even if they come apart as the instructions say they do (but the instructions don't make sense)? There appears to be a large amount of solidified food between them on my machine and yes, another plastic clothing tag (as per a related post from someone else - how do these things get in dishwashers!?).

Would greatly appreciate any thoughts.
