206-1.6 automaic high speed fan problem?

I have 206 automatic gearbox which has high speed fan problem. As you know in this car normal temperature is 90 degrees and low speed fan switch on at 98 degrees and high speed fan switch on at 107 degrees. When the car at low speed driving for example in teraffic temperature goes to 98 and low speed fan switch on until temperature get 90 the fan switch off but after 4 times operate this way at 90 degrees high speed fan switch on and it does not off until the car stop 2 minutes and the temperature at tjis time is 65 degrees.I replaced ECT sensor and fan resistor but the car has the same problem, could you please helm me to solve this.

often the only way to determine faults on modern motors is to get it onto a suitable computer, not a code reader and look at live data whilst running the motor, this determines what temp.your motor is at,when the fans cut in at both speeds and cut out,if gauges are operating, what voltages etc are required at various sensors and ecu`s,either that or keep guessing but will guarantee that it will cost money doing this.
