How can I fix my Bosch Classixx 6 varioperfect washing machine?

Hi to who may be able to answer plus help me with this prob !!
I have a bosch classixx 6 varioperfect washing machine, which in the last couple of days has developed a prob in draining through cycles. Have took the long black drain thing from front of washer and drained into bowl. Then unscrewed front filter at bottom right of washer, and a hair grip and cotton bud removed with a little fluff stuff. Tried the washer again but the same thing happens - washer fills up properly at beginning of cycle, drum spins as usual without noise (i.e. banging etc.) but when coming to rinse, the washer doesn't empty, the wash light flashes and light on rinse cycle is lit up. I then perform all the steps as said, i.e. black tube thing at bottom right, filter unscrewed and so on. There is nothing wrong with the drum spinning, just the water being pumped out with a weird grating type noise?. Anyone who could help, I would be eternally grateful !!!

all you have is a tube to the filter/pump at the bottom right then a tube out to get rid of the water.
take out the filter again - try and make sure nothing is blocking the tube in, tube out and that nothing is in there like the hair grip you already found.
you will probably be able to see the pump paddle wheel when the filter is out - make sure this is free to rotate.
if you try all this then the only thing left is the pump itself. - good luck
