Replacing a carver 3600stc witha tuma 3002 ?

I've replaced a carver 3900stc fire with a truma 3002 all works well except on the 12volt fan the carver has 3wires white yellow & green the truma has only 2 live & neutral which wires do I connect to which please / thank you
