How can I stop the mains power light from flashing?

Have replaced the battery for scant ronin 9448+ alarm system. The mains power light keeps flashing, it should glow steadily. Because of the light flashing the alarm keeps going off. How do I stabilise the light and stop the alarm going off.

if there is,check output of the transformer,if that's ok check the fuse on the pc with test meter its got to be one of these things
