I have a Hoover HDV6UK tumble dryer, it's not a condensing type but fully vented. Occasionally the Filter Care light comes on despite meticulously cleaning the lint filter and all vent piping. I've had to change the whole heater assembly as the safety cutout tripped and they are not repairable nor replaceable as a single item. Why does the light keep coming on and going off?
